Del Sol Announces New Chief Operating Officer
Elizabeth Tapp, Chief Operating Officer
Del Sol Medical Center announces the appointment of Elizabeth Tapp to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Del Sol, Tapp was an Associate Administrator for Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, also an HCA facility. In her new role, she will manage the hospital’s day-to-day operations; coordinate implementation of the hospital’s strategic business plan; and oversee facility and systems development, design, operation, and improvement.
Tapp holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Tapp has an extensive background in building strong relationships with physicians, employees and communities, and creating and expanding programs and working to improve quality and processes.
