An Open Invitation
Del Sol Medical Center hereby provides public notice that if an individual has concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital that the hospital has not addressed, the individual is encouraged to contact the hospital’s management at 915-595-9000.
If the concerns cannot be resolved through Del Sol Medical Center’s management, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations by either calling 800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org .
AVISO AL PÚBLICO
Del Sol Medical Center por la presente da aviso al publico que si un individuo tiene inquietudes sobre la seguridad en el hospital y con el cuidado al paciente que el hospital no ha reconocido, se le pide al individuo que se ponga en contacto con la administración del hospital llamando al 915-595-9000.
Si las inquietudes no se pueden resolver por medio de la administración de Del Sol Medical Center, le pedimos que se ponga en contacto con Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations llamando al 800-994-6610 o por correo electrónico al complaint@jointcommission.org.
